The Forecast Calls For…
Clouds
Large,
Lazy
Observers
to
all
the
world’s
problems.
Drifting by unhindered.
Snow
Snow
Falling gently down
During the day, during the night
O’er the lane, o’er the field
Beautifying e’er little blemished place.
Sunshine
Sunshine
Bright, white
Burning, shining, lighting
Warm, cozy, mother’s comfort
Sunlight
The Little Rain Drop
The little rain drop
Falling swiftly down
All during the storm
Out in the barren, parched field
Making all the dry plants grow.
The Storm
The hideous storm
Blowing, howling, making noise
Filling the murky sky with rain
Harming those in its path.
The storm fades in the distance
The sun reveals itself
Lighting all the newly watered plants
Allowing new life to grow forth.
