I installed an Alpha build of Mozilla Fennec on my new phone that’s running Windows Mobile 6.5 and uninstalled it about 5-minutes later.

It’s an alpha release… and it’s a damn good thing that it is. It looks like it might have potential to take on Mobile IE and Mobile Opera, but at the moment it didn’t even resize to fit my screen. That kinda makes it unusable.

If you have a phone running on a different OS you might have better luck, but I’d hold off even bothering looking at this browser until they get it to a Beta release. And that’s a fairly sad thing for me to say, since I’m really wanting a mobile version of Firefox. (Fennec is the code name for just such a browser.)
